Our Process
Screen Printing is a process of applying ink on to a flat surface through a mesh screen. We follow few simple steps to process a screen printing order. Firstly, we gather user requirements such as quantity of shirts, number of logos and their positions, number of colors in each logo, material of shirts etc. This allows us to give a quote to the customers. Secondly, we do the artwork. You may have some ideas in mind and need help bringing it together to create a design. In addition, our experienced graphic designer can help you with it. At this time, if you already have the design ready, send it to us via email or in person in a USB. We need the artwork finalized before moving to the next step.
Thirdly, we setup the screens on the machines according to the position of the logos. We need one screen for each color in the logo. Our in house production includes two fully automatic screen printing machine and 2 manual machines. Therefore, this allows us to produce thousands of printed apparel per day.
