Printing Techniques
We employ different printing techniques depending on the material/colour of the garment used, type of artwork and the quantity required.
- Screen printing – Screen printing is an economical method for printing large runs of t-shirts. Firstly, we burn the film on to a silk screen mesh to create a stencil. Secondly, we use this screen to transfer ink onto the garments. It is usually used for designs with up to 7 colours.
- Embroidery – Our dedicated in-house embroidery team is ready to turn your detailed design into a remarkable badge, logo or crest for a wide variety of applications. Firstly, we create a digitized version of your logo or design. Secondly, we create the embroidered design using the DST file. The designs can be applied to work-wear, school uniforms, sports clothing, baseball caps and a wide range of merchandise
- Vinyl Heat Transfer – A very versatile technique usually used for single color lettering or logos onto work-wear, t-shirts and hoodies. Firstly, we use a cutting plotter to cut out lettering and logos from a heat sensitive vinyl material (known as flex). Secondly, the flex is then bonded to the garment using a heat press.
