The reason why we ask customers send us all design elements in vector type file or DST is that we only can make adjustment without any damage to original artwork when we work with vector file.

If you don’t have DST file, don’t worry! we can make the file as well but there will be one time charge for this. Another thing yo have to consider is buying the garments from us or customer supplied garments. If you are buying the garments from us, then we get information such as the material, neck-styles, sleeve lengths and colour. If you are going to use your own garments, we will start our production of embroidery when we receive garments you sent us.
