Great West Graphics stands behind the quality of our products and imprints. Also guarantees that the garments and imprints will arrive defect free. If in the case of a defect, please contact us at info@greatwestgraphics.com with pictures of the defects. You have 30 days from the date of shipping to notify us of defective garments or prints.
We cannot provide Guarantee if:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
- Printed design match with artwork approval form.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Great West Graphics put efforts to ensure that art is print ready prior to printing an order, but cannot verify things like names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. We always provide a artwork approval form before production on actual garment. On the approval form position, color, size and spelling are provided.
We provide revised mock-ups with the changes requested by client. But once the order is scheduled for production after approval a change in design is not possible. You can call 604-321-3285 if you want any change in design if your order is scheduled.
