About screen printing
We are able to screen print almost any garment ranging from t-shirts and hoodies to jackets and pants. After the design is finalized and the shirts are chosen, it is time to print. Furthermore, turnaround times are usually 5-7 business days after approval. Times can change based on when garments ship to us.
In terms of the colors we use to print, we have a set of stock colors ready to print. However, if you need the exact color for your artwork, we can also match colors too. Utilizing our Pantone color book, our experienced printers have the knowledge to mix certain colors together to create the desired look. Last but not least, the printed shirts go through a heated dryer for the ink to cure. The established heat prevents the ink from peeling off after washes.
In addition to screen printing, we’re also able to do other decoration methods. This includes heat transfers, DTG printing, discharge printing, and embroidery. Heat transfers are printed vinyl sheets merged onto fabric through immense heat. This creates the design on the t-shirt, with an extremely tough print that is difficult to wash off. On the other hand, DTG printing consists of directly printing a design onto the fabric. Imagine using a large printer to print fabric. That is what DTG printing is. In short, it stands for direct-to-garment printing, which is the literal name for the action.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the use of thread to decorate clothing. Many corporate companies utilize embroidery as a decorating method because it provides a professional look that is unlike any other. Opposed to print, embroidery creates a different look, touch, and feel.
