Our Printing Process

Screen Printing is one of the most popular methods for apparel customization. This process uses an ink-based print that is put onto the material and gives it a soft-finish. Screen printing is much more cost-effective than other methods however there is a setup fee. This fee comes from setting up the prints on our machines. It is based on the number of colours and designs used in the order. At Great West Graphics, we do not charge a setup fee if you buy your apparel from us.

Our Embroidery Process

Looking for a classic and modern style? Great West Graphics custom t-shirt embroidery services are the best solution to enhance your business’s image and brand. Embroidery is our company’s most popular apparel customization method, it uses a needle that stitches through fabric at high speeds. It is great for heavier garments such as jackets or hoodies, but it may be more limited for smaller details. For designs requiring smaller details we recommend that you use heat transferring and digitizing. We also provide these services here at Great West Graphics.
