Process of Screen Printing
Custom Screen Printing is a process of applying ink to a flat surface through a screen mesh. One screen is made of one color. Hence, for a multi-color logo, we make several screens.
Our first step is to finalize the artwork. Our experienced graphics designer can help put your ideas into the graphic software and make your logo as you want. If you already have a high-quality design, send it to us via email or bring it via USB to our office. After the final design, they create a mock-up to approve the design, color, and printing position of the logo.
We will move on to production only after you have approved the mock-up Our trained and experienced printers make the screen for printing your logo. They print your logo in the right place on the products.
