Our custom embroidered process is very easy: First, We make a mock-up and quote and send to customer for the approval. After the approval we starting production
- First, we need your logo or design. So our professional designer will make a mock up for your confirmation about the logo position, color and size. Our professional team will be in contact with you for communication and delivery both in the design and production process. For example, how many units in total, location and size of the logo, the garment requirements, deadline, etc. Garment requirements – buying the garments from us or customer supplied garments. If buying the garments from us, then we get information such as the material, neck-styles, sleeve lengths etc.
- Secondly, we get the good quality logo. We ask the customers to send us the good quality logo via email or bring it to us in a USB. Once we have the logo, we need to get it digitized. We need a DST file, if you don’t have DST file we create a file for you. there will be a one-time fee. We can use this file for your future orders.
- In the last stage, we send the quote and mock-up of the logo to the customers. The quote is based on the stitch count of the logo. We need the customer approval to start the production . Once we get the approval, we proceed with the production.
