Ordering Custom Embroidered Toques
Our process for ordering custom embroidered toques is simple: gather customer requirements, provide logo details, send a mock-up and quote, obtain approval, and proceed with production.
First, you can send us your logo or design, and our professional designer will create a mock-up for you to confirm the right position, color, and size. Our team will stay in contact with you throughout the design and production process, discussing details such as the total number of units, logo size and placement, garment requirements, deadline, and more. Regarding garment requirements, you have the option to purchase the garments from us or provide your own. If you choose to buy the garments from us, we will gather information such as the material, neck styles, sleeve lengths, etc.
Secondly, we need the logo details. Customers can either email us the logo or bring it to us on a USB drive. Once we have the logo, we digitize it. Customers can either provide us with the DST file or request it from us, with a one-time fee applicable in the latter case. The DST file can be used for future orders as well.
After receiving the DST file, we send the customers a quote based on the stitch count of the logo. Along with the quote, we provide a mock-up of the logo for their approval. Once we receive the approval, we proceed with production.
